1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk91 ("pk91", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pk91 online gaming platform available at pk91.club, including all associated games, betting products, promotions, payment services, and support functions.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing your pk91 account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with pk91's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the pk91 platform. Continued use of pk91 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the pk91 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in your pk91 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or non-cash incentives credited to your Account by pk91 under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means Pakistani Rupees deposited by you into your Account via a supported payment method.
• "Platform" means the pk91 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at pk91.club.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used for all transactions on pk91.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Sporting Event" means any cricket match, PSL fixture, international tournament, or other sports event listed in the pk91 sportsbook for betting purposes.
• "Game of Chance" means any casino game, slot game, live dealer game, or RNG-based game offered on the pk91 platform.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age & Legal Capacity

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pk91. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older, that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that your use of pk91 does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on pk91. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk91 reserves the right to merge, close, or permanently suspend duplicate accounts and to void any associated bets, bonuses, and withdrawals.

3.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment account details. pk91 may request supporting documents to verify this information at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

3.4 KYC Verification

pk91 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed. Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with pk91's Privacy Policy.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk91 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

pk91 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pk91 and requesting your password should be reported to pk91 support immediately at [email protected].

All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security breach to pk91. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify pk91 without delay.

pk91 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to the platform. However, pk91 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Supported Methods

pk91 accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time and will be reflected in the Cashier section of your Account.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pk91 Account within minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are subject to standard Pakistani inter-bank processing timelines. pk91 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.

5.3 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. pk91 reserves the right to modify deposit limits with reasonable notice to players.

5.4 Currency

All deposits are accepted, processed, and reflected in your Account exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment account from which you deposit is registered in your own name and that the funds are lawfully owned by you.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawals from your pk91 Account are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. Accounts under investigation, suspended Accounts, or Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements may have withdrawal requests held pending resolution.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods & Timelines

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within two to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are processed within one to three business days, subject to standard Pakistani banking hours.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month. These limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account and may be adjusted by pk91 at its discretion with reasonable notice.

6.4 Bonus Funds & Withdrawals

Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal only after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw Real Money Funds while a bonus is active may, at pk91's discretion, result in forfeiture of the associated bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pk91 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. In the absence of specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated promotional window. Expired offers cannot be retrospectively applied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Incomplete wagering requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus and any undistributed bonus-derived winnings.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned.
• pk91 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at its reasonable discretion, with notice where practicable.
• Systematic or coordinated exploitation of bonus structures, including but not limited to multi-accounting and matched betting using bonus funds against Real Money Funds on pk91, constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on pk91 — including slot games, live dealer games, RNG table games, Super Wheel, and Hi-Lo — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an individual game's rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that game's conduct.

All RNG-based games on pk91 use independently certified random number generators. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios under licence. pk91 accepts no liability for interruptions to live dealer games caused by third-party studio technical failures.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, pk91 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's Account. No compensation beyond the return of the wagered stake is payable in respect of a game malfunction.

9 Sports Betting

The pk91 sportsbook covers cricket including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, bilateral international series involving the Pakistan national team, ICC tournaments, and other selected sporting events. All betting markets are subject to availability and may be suspended or removed at pk91's discretion.

Bets are accepted in PKR at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. pk91 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were erroneously published due to a technical error, provided the error is identified and corrected promptly.

In-play betting is offered on selected markets. In-play odds are updated in real time and bets are subject to acceptance latency. pk91 does not guarantee that all in-play bet requests will be accepted at the displayed odds.

Maximum winnings per bet and per event apply and are displayed in the sports betting section of the platform. Winnings exceeding these limits will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk91 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate platform behaviour.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered vulnerability are void and will be deducted from your Account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or sporting event.
• Using pk91 for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Pakistani or international anti-money laundering regulations.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk91 support staff or other players.
• Attempting to charge back a deposit after using the deposited funds for betting or gaming activity.

11 Responsible Gaming

pk91 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming on pk91 is intended to be a recreational activity for adults aged 21 and above. If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, pk91 provides the following self-management tools at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of a single gaming session. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net position during the session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from gaming for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your Account remains open but betting and gaming features are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary exclusion for a minimum period of six months or permanent closure of your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.

12 Privacy & Data

pk91 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on pk91, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. pk91 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk91 platform, including but not limited to the pk91 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of pk91 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk91 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any pk91 content without prior written authorisation from pk91.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk91's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

pk91 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if pk91 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pk91 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party network issues may affect platform availability. pk91 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability where such unavailability is outside pk91's reasonable control.

15 Amendments

pk91 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, pk91 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication on the pk91 website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of pk91 following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact pk91 support to arrange closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk91's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pk91's internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under pk91's licensing authority.

pk91's internal complaints process is the first point of contact for all player disputes. Complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. pk91 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
